When you are signed in, you can use Account Settings, open the Data & personalization tab, and use Data Actions:
- Download my data — get a JSON copy of your account, profiles, and recent Praxion AI sessions.
- Delete my AI memory — remove stored Praxion AI conversation history tied to your account.
- Delete my account & all data — permanently delete your account; you will be asked to confirm by typing a phrase (strong confirmation while signed in).
If you are not signed in
Export, AI memory deletion, and account deletion require us to verify who you are. Sign in if you can access your account. If you cannot sign in, contact us at Contact or the email listed in our Privacy Policy so we can verify your identity (for example by email) before processing a request.
Automated “logged-out” self-serve flows that email you a verification link are not available yet; we will honor applicable rights through support once identity is confirmed.
